Welcome back to The House of Rubin. In the last update, our happy couple were expecting an addition. Jazmine is cute with her baby bump even if she's looking a little stressed.
Hayes is still trying to get the hang of this policeman thing. Out meeting the citizens.
And issuing citations to the unruly ones.
Hey look it's his daddy. No he's not giving him a ticket, it's the red-head getting one for fighting. Both women actually got one, the other stomped off mad.
Back at the office, he's now been allowed to help with the case he collected evidence for the last time.
ABP issued and he was sent to the gym to find his suspect. After talking to a few people he narrowed it down.
**sidenote, I really should get better at taking the screenshots of the clues and things he's following.**

After work since he and Jazmine have opposite schedules, I sent him to work on making more money. With a baby on the way they need every penny they can get.
They do get to have a quick breakfast together before Hayes is back off to work.
This time he's off on a case on his own. Taking witness reports.
Analyzing evidence.
And building his case board.
He was waiting for his wife to get home for work, but as you can see the poor woman was too tired to even talk to him.
Some morning quality time.
At least he can't get her pregnant right now.
After his shift, Hayes got home to find his wife in labor. Sadly he's not calm. Do better Hayes. Do better.
Regardless of his panicked state, he remains by his wife's side.

Man, I wish it was that easy to get your pre-pregnant body back in real life.
Fun fact, having these babies at the hospital spawned the cribs without me having to buy them. Woot!! $300 savings right there. Too bad they put Burke in the pink one, but that's a free fix.
Before she took maternity leave, Jazmine got a second promotion. She's killing it.
Hopefully they all keep coming this quick and easy. They can use the bonus money and that coffee pot with twins. LOL
Ending funds for this update. Between work and all the digging they are doing okay. Scared to see the first bills, but they are saving all they can.
Poor Hayes, need to get him a radio, he's always bored. :(

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried the police career yet but it looks like a lot of fun. Hopefully I can get into that one soon enough. Congrats on the promotions as they are going to need that extra money coming in with two mouths to feed not to mention a radio to buy. I felt so sorry for Hayes in that last picture.
Thank you. I wasn't expecting one baby, let alone two. Challenge just got that much harder. LOL I wanted to try a theme so we'll see how it goes. I have a few to pick from so hopefully I won't run out of normal sounding options before the end.
DeleteThat was the career I was most eager to try out when I heard about GTW. Jazmine has been getting plenty, Hayes not so much. He needs to catch up. Yeah, poor guy is always bored. LOL
